These Terms of Use belong to the AlzyFinder website. By accessing and utilizing AlzyFinder and its features, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AlzyFinder. Be aware that the platform reserves the right to alter, modify, add, or remove sections of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Your continued use of AlzyFinder after any changes indicates your acceptance of those modifications. As long as you adhere to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use AlzyFinder.
Content
All text, graphics, user and visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, artwork, and computer code (collectively "Content") contained on AlzyFinder are owned, controlled, or licensed by or to the platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of AlzyFinder or its Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise, without prior written consent.
Exception
This restriction does not apply to the downloadable machine learning models explicitly made available on the platform’s GitHub repository, which may be downloaded, adapted, and used in accordance with the open-source license provided with those models.
Licensed
Materials
Licensed Materials are made available under the CC-BY 4.0 Creative Commons International License. This allows you to copy, redistribute, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. This must be done in a reasonable manner that does not imply endorsement by the platform.
License and Restrictions
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-delegable, revocable, worldwide license is granted for the permitted use of AlzyFinder for private study and internal research purposes, whether on a commercial or non-commercial basis.
You agree not to use AlzyFinder in a way that could damage or overload it, nor to copy or modify any portion of the Content or Licensed Materials to provide similar or identical services. Additionally, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Licensed Materials. Automated tools such as web crawlers for the purpose of collecting or reconstructing a substantial part (more than 20%) of the Licensed Materials are prohibited.
Suspension and Termination of Access
The platform may suspend, terminate, or prevent your use of AlzyFinder and/or access to Licensed Materials at any time, without notice, especially in the event of a violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AlzyFinder and its Licensed Materials are provided "as is" and "as available." There is no guarantee regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials, nor their suitability for any specific purpose. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of AlzyFinder and Licensed Materials. The platform may temporarily suspend or discontinue services due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure without prior notice.
